You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electric bicycles, ensuring each bike performs at peak efficiency. Duties Conduct comprehensive symptom-based mechanical diagnosis on e-bikes to identify issues quickly and accurately Perform repairs and maintenance on electric bicycle systems (& Segways), including brakes, suspension, drive units, batteries, and electrical components Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized mechanical equipment to assemble, disassemble, and repair bicycle parts with precision Troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure proper functioning of all electronic components and wiring Maintain detailed service records and update POS (Point of Sale) systems for retail transactions and repairs Assist customers with bike assembly, adjustments, and troubleshooting to enhance their cycling experience Support retail sales by providing expert advice on bike features, accessories, and maintenance products Experience Proven service technician experience with bicycles &/or similar mechanical systems Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair work Familiarity with suspension systems, brake repair, mechanical assembly, and symptom-based diagnosis Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance work in a retail or workshop setting Knowledge of bicycle repair techniques including brake systems, mechanical assembly, and electrical diagnostics for e-bikes Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), retail math, heavy lifting, and POS systems is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Join us in empowering electric mobility for individuals and families to explore the world effortlessly with expertly maintained e-bikes!
