We are seeking a diligent and experienced Equipment Manager to oversee our equipment and shop maintenance , ensuring all our tools, machinery, power washers and box trucks are in optimal working condition. The Equipment Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our service equipment and shop. This position involves managing the maintenance and repair of all service equipment and box trucks, as well as the appearance of the shop. This role will also include managing inventory and washing when needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment management, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday Hourly pay is based on experience. Up to $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the equipment and shop maintenance . Schedule and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks for power washers and box trucks equipment. Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards and is ready for use. Build wash trucks Maintain a well-organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipment and overall shop appearance Wash in the field as needed (approx 1-2 days a week) Responsible for getting trucks to and from repair shop Ensure broken equipment procedures are followed by techs and crew leaders
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years of mechanical experience. Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with pressure washing or similar equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing engines, pumps, and control systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be willing to work weekends
