Then come join us! Job Location NJ Distribution Center Job Description Join our team as an Assembly Technician - Level 1 and start your career in bicycle assembly! In this role, you'll assemble entry-level cruisers, mountain bikes, and kids' bikes ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical aptitude and a passion for learning. No prior experience? No problem, we'll provide training to help you succeed. What We're Looking For Interest in bicycles and willingness to learn assembly techniques Ability to follow instructions and work safely Positive, team-focused attitude and readiness to help wherever needed Good communication skills and attention to detail Areas of work Unbox and prepare bicycles for assembly Basic bicycle assembly, installing basic components, and performing simple adjustments Support the team with assembly tasks, boxing tech preparation, and maintain a clean organized workspace Learn proper service methods and new technologies Nonconformant material rework on bicycles and accessories Additional duties as assigned Systems utilized : JDE B2B Trek University 3rd party service sites Office suite: Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.
