This role is responsible for helping keep bike parking equipment and facilities clean, operational, and ready for customer use. You'll split your time between field visits, remote monitoring, vendor coordination, issue response, maintenance, and installation support. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, working independently, and keeping customer-facing infrastructure in good working order. You'll work closely with Tranzito staff, WMATA, and third-party vendors to inspect and maintain bike lockers, smart racks, repair stands, U-racks, and related equipment across the WMATA service area.
