Role Responsibilities Assist guests through the rental process, focusing on the guest experience and efficiency of rental form time Properly utilize the RTP rental system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned Consistently monitor the guest flow and work with the Lead & Supervisor to expedite the rental process Understand and communicate the rental & demo equipment packages and features to ensure the best match for the guests Ensure all equipment is returned efficiently and properly in the RTP rental system Work with Rental leads, the Rental Supervisor and the Repair staff to ensure the highest level of equipment maintenance Work with supervisor to maintain Rental Shop presentation standards Present yourself as a Mountain Resort ambassador by engaging the guests and providing Resort-wide information Benefits & Perks Access to Retail shop forms Pass for summer activities, including bike park, and sightseeing F&B and retail discounts Health and wellness discounts Bike tune and repair discounts 40% off in store discount Great team atmosphere! Excellent customer service skills Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort a plus Cash handling skills Retail experience preferred
