Job Description
Independent Contractor:
2 months, starting asap with the possibility of extending through September based on performance and mutual fit.Pay Options:
$200/day with travel assistance to and from Alaska at the beginning and end of the contract OR $230/day without travel assistance Up to 6 working days per Primary Goal of This Project The main focus of this assignment is completing maintenance on the lodge's heating systems. Candidates MUST have hands-on experience servicing boilers, including flushing, cleaning, and performing preventative maintenance.Responsibilities Include:
- Boiler maintenance and system inspections
- Preventative maintenance of lodge facilities
- General repairs and minor construction projects
- Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Seasonal preparation and upkeep of buildings and equipment
- Maintaining a safe and functional environment for guests and staff
