Maintenance Technician Level 3, 3rd Shift

Specification Rubber Products is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician Level 3 to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment to keep production running efficiently and safely. Hours 10:00 PM-6:00 AM What You'll Do Maintain, repair, and install mechanical and electrical equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Work with a variety of tools to complete repairs safely and effectively Service systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, chillers, and air compressors Support compression and injection press equipment Partner with production teams to minimize downtime Complete maintenance logs and documentation accurately Assist with tracking and ordering parts and supplies Perform safety checks and routine equipment inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience Certification in one or more of the following areas: Mechanical systems Electrical or electronics PLCs Welding Hydraulics or pneumatics HVAC or plumbing Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read blueprints and schematics Comfortable working in a physically demanding, high-temperature environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Work With Us Hands-on experience with advanced industrial equipment Ongoing training and certification opportunities Team-oriented environment focused on safety and accountability
