Based on experience About the Opportunity Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support one of our apartment home communities in Andalusia, AL . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep our community running smoothly day to day. What You'll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner Follow all OSHA and safety regulations Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members Work both independently and as part of a team Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed Train for advancement to a Maintenance IV position What We're Looking For 3+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repairs

EPA & HVAC

certification required Must have minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills Must have appliance troubleshooting skills High School Diploma or GED preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Comfortable responding to after-hours service calls Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs.
