Job Description

Seoyon E-HWA Manufacturing Auburn, Inc. is a leading Tier-1 automotive supplier specializing in the production of plastic interior and exterior components using injection molding equipment. Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment. This role supports production by ensuring equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on injection molding machines, robots, conveyors, and facility systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Assist in equipment installation, calibration, adjustment, and continuous improvement efforts. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment reliability upgrades.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with injection molding equipment is a plus. Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and industrial troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
