Job Skills / Requirements Floor Tech The responsibility of a Floor Tech is to maintain all floors to include stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing tile floors, and carpet care. Equipment knowledge is a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strip and wax floors during evening hours Carpet spot treatment Carpet Shampooing Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS. Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time. Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained. •Must be able to pass a full background check•Additional Information / Benefits This job reports to the Bethany Brinson This is a Part-Time position
