Integrity Hotel Management is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep of our dual-branded Avid and Candlewood Suites property in beautiful Fort Payne, Alabama. In this role, you aren't just "fixing things"—you are ensuring our guests have a seamless, comfortable stay by maintaining the heartbeat of our hotel.

1207 Jordan Road SW, Fort Payne, AL 35968 Key Responsibilities As a Maintenance Engineer, your day-to-day will involve a variety of technical and physical tasks, including:

General Repairs:

Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, replacing light fixtures, repairing drywall).

HVAC Maintenance:

Clean and maintain PTAC units to ensure guest rooms stay comfortable year-round.

Preventative Maintenance:

Execute a rigorous "PM" schedule for guest rooms and common areas to catch issues before they happen.

Pool & Exterior:

Monitor pool chemistry and maintain the curb appeal of the property, including the parking lot and grounds.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all fire safety equipment and emergency systems are functional and up to code.

Guest Service:

Respond to guest "calls" with a friendly, professional attitude and a sense of urgency.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Previous maintenance experience (hotel, apartment, or construction) is highly preferred.

Skills:

A "jack-of-all-trades" mindset with basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques.

Reliability:

A consistent work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Availability:
