Job Description
Step into a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Fort Payne, AL, where custom-built machinery and a strong family culture create real opportunities to own your impact. This Maintenance Technician-Manufacturing role supports an expanding operation focused on reliable production and continuous improvement. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing position include: 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Maintain and troubleshoot five PVC extrusion lines and an injection-molding tile line. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, gearboxes, control panels, relays, switches, and related equipment. Perform a balanced mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance in a hands-on production environment. Respond to equipment issues and help reduce the maintenance backlog. Develop and strengthen preventive maintenance using time-based and condition-based approaches. Complete work competently and safely while supporting reliable plant operations. Basic PLC familiarity is helpful; PLC programming is not required.
Salary:
$35-$45/hour per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits:
