Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and appliance repairs. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents and addressing issues efficiently. Performing preventative maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they escalate. Conducting inspections and completing maintenance checklists to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assisting with unit turnovers by preparing vacant apartments for new residents. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a residential setting. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. Availability to respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular working hours on occasion. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
