- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at our beautiful Fort Morgan resort community!

In this vital role, you will be responsible for helping to ensure the optimal operation, safety, cleanliness and reliability of our resort facilities and equipment. You will help elevate the owner and guest vacation experience by performing cleaning and janitorial duties, golf cart inspections, simple maintenance tasks, and completing minor repairs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the efficiency and safety of our operations at a beautiful gulf front vacation resort. Duties Conduct regular maintenance inspections of golf carts and condo/house rental units, for arrivals and departures and ensure things are in good working order for the next guest. Perform minor repairs onsite as needed, identifying larger problems and coordinating repair services as needed by serving as an onsite liaison with outside vendors. Ensure pool and fitness facilities, restrooms, and condo lobbies are clean, sanitized, stocked with supplies, and well maintained. Assist with minor construction or repair projects by replacing rotted wood, fixing minor sheetrock damage and light painting. Maintain optimal air conditioning unit function by regularly replacing air filters, and cleaning out air ducts as needed. Coordinate with other team members and outside vendors during maintenance projects to ensure timely completion. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs for accountability and future reference. Experience and Skills Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Janitor in a resort or multi family community, commercial, or industrial environment. Ability to proactively identify issues and apply problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail needed. Desire to be a TEAM member and work together for a common goal of contributing to an extraordinary vacation experience for our owners and guests . Familiarity with safe janitorial and construction practices related to facility maintenance. Must be self-motivated with the ability to follow through and complete tasks in a timely manner. Experience in minor troubleshooting and repairs is a plus. Candidates must be available to work weekends and will be eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.
