09/13/2026 Job Description Job Description Low Voltage Technician / Property Maintenance Technician DataTrust Technologies is looking for a dependable, hands on team member to assist with low voltage installations, property maintenance, and general field work. This is not a programming or IT support position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being outdoors, solving practical problems, and helping complete projects. This role is a mix of:- Low voltage cable installation
- Basic handyman and maintenance work
- Property upkeep
- Equipment mounting and installation
- Light construction assistance
Typical Duties:
- Run and secure low voltage cabling
- Mount wireless access points, cameras, antennas, and equipment enclosures
- Assist with structured cabling projects
- Spray weeds and maintain parking lots and outdoor areas
- Blow leaves and maintain rental properties
- Perform general handyman tasks
- Assist technicians with physical installation work
- Use ladders, hand tools, drills, and basic power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
What This Position Is NOT:
- No programming
- No advanced IT troubleshooting
- No help desk work
- No networking certifications required
- No prior technical experience required
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and weather
- Comfortable on ladders and using tools
- Dependable and self motivated
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Clean and professional appearance
