Maintenance Technician (Confidential) Full-Time | Competitive Pay Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping communities looking their best? We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. This is a confidential opportunity with a reputable apartment community management company that values teamwork, customer service, and professional growth. What You'll Do Complete service requests in occupied and vacant apartment homes. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems. Prepare apartments for new move-ins by ensuring homes meet company standards. Assist with property inspections and identify maintenance concerns. Maintain community amenities, grounds, and common areas. Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls. Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally. Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and team members. What We're Looking For 1+ years of apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, or related experience preferred. HVAC certification preferred (EPA Certification is a plus). General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry. Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
