Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Madison, AL . In this role, you'll support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of cutting-edge robotic and material handling systems within a dynamic client facility. From hands-on repairs to performance enhancements, you'll play a key role in keeping complex systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Please note this is a night shift opportunity. Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and systems. Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, conveyors, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
