Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery.
  • Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document maintenance activities.
  • Fabricate or repair parts as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of various tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Leadership skills to supervise and guide other maintenance staff.
