Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery.
- Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document maintenance activities.
- Fabricate or repair parts as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide other maintenance staff.
