Maintenance Technician Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier in McCalla, AL, is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team! This opportunity offers a direct hire position with competitive pay and a chance to grow within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

Maintenance Technician Job Summary:

Pay:

$21.00•$32.00 per hour

Shift:

6:00 PM•6:00 AM (Monday•Thursday with an occasional Friday)

Employment Type:

Direct Hire Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance Follow standardized work instructions and support operational improvements Perform quality checks and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform emergency and scheduled equipment maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S and Kaizen principles Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and use PPE correctly

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
