$21.00 - $33.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift Available:
Night Shift:
6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Rotating schedule: 3 on / 2 off; 2 on / 3 off) Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on press and production equipment Troubleshoot and resolve automation and electrical issues, including PLCs and ladder logic Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal daily operation Assist with equipment setup, installation, and relocation Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues Focus on improving uptime, reducing downtime, and increasing operational efficiency Read and interpret schematics and technical documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
Press Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with automation and electrical troubleshooting Proficient with PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic Strong knowledge of electrical systems (5V-480V) Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics Familiarity with PLC software and general computer applications Willingness to obtain forklift, overhead crane, and elevated lift certifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and balancing Why Zing?
