Troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, systems, and guest room features. Perform preventative maintenance to keep everything in excellent working order. Tackle a variety of projects — electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and more. Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a smile, making sure they feel cared for. Keep detailed records of your work and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Ensure everything we do meets safety codes, regulations, and high brand standards.
