MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL PLANT SETTING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHINCIAN. KEY DUTIES

1. Ensure equipment is performing properly to maintain production by visually inspecting and listening to equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. 2. Makes any mechanical repairs or installations. 3. Removes and replaces worn or defective parts of drive mechanism or hydraulic system. 4. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electro-hydraulic systems to the component level. 5. Assemble and wire industrial control panels from schematics and drawings per

NFPA 79. 6.

Makes installations and repair of power distribution systems, air lines, water, hydraulic and gas lines. 7. May perform maintenance welding. 8. May adjust electrical equipment or programmable controls. 9. Other job duties as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Regular and predictable attendance. 2. Ability to complete an assigned task in a safe manner and in a constant state of alertness and must understand and follow all safety rules. 3. Must be able to work in a cooperative manner with craft workers, laborers, subcontractors, co-workers, supervisors, and others in on the jobsite and in the office. 4. Must be able to follow company policies and procedures.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS/EDUCATION 1.

Prefer three years industrial mechanical experience. 2. Computer literate and working knowledge of industrial computer networking and Ethernet/IP. 3. Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. 4. Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and drawings. 5. Advanced knowledge of automated machinery. 6. Ability to work with minimal supervision. 7. Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions. 8. Millwright, pipefitting and welding experience a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Frequent use of fine manipulation. Ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift. Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and grasp for majority of work shift. Ability to work in a facility with temperatures ranging from 30° - 105° Fahrenheit.
