In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our operations. Duties Conduct regular inspections of machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to identify potential issues early. Perform repairs on appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime. Maintain commercial kitchen equipment suck as broilers, fryers, microwaves, toasters, small coolers and freezers, and product warming units. Assist with installation projects, including construction-related tasks when necessary. Use diagnostic tools and schematics to accurately diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. Maintain a clean and orderly company vehicle Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in commercial. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures for complex machinery. Knowledge of HVAC systems—including air conditioning—and refrigeration technology is highly desirable. Prior experience in construction or equipment repair enhances your ability to handle diverse maintenance tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Requirements Must be able to pass drug screening and background check as well as have a valid drivers license and good Motor vehicle report.
Pay:
