A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.
has a rare opening for a Maintenance Technician in our manufacturing area where we provide prototype molds and parts to major OEM companies using world-class equipment and leading-edge technologies through stereolithography, selective laser sintering, vacuum casting, and other specialized processes. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting production operations, conducting general and preventative maintenance; electrical and mechanical, as well as building and grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a blend of mechanical, electrical, and digital proficiency, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and compliance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Preventative Maintenance Auxiliary Equipment Support Documentation & Safety Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous production flow Ensures operation of electrical and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on hydraulic, pneumatic, water, coolant systems, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications. Maintain maintenance logs and records Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency callouts to minimize production downtime Support installation and set-up of new equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including proper use of PPE and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Able to read and follow drawings and Document / communicate all machine control modifications to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose the root cause of the problem. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical degrees in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields are preferred 1-2 years of Industrial Maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals Understanding and ability to communicate technical and mechanical information Good problem-solving, attention to detail and teamwork skills Excellent Communication skills, both

Employees are regularly required to safely and efficiently perform tasks in a fast-paced working environment under minimal supervision.
