Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and fixtures within our apartment community to ensure resident satisfaction and property upkeep. This position requires travel between Sardis City and Oneonta, AL. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents Maintain detailed records of maintenance work completed Keep work areas clean and organized Requirements Active HVAC license preferred 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
