Job Description
Job Summary Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift/Monday-Thursday Helion is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical and mechanical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated production equipment to minimize downtime. Safely troubleshoot electrical control cabinets and identify electrical, controls, or PLC-related issues. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to trace circuits and test electrical components. Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, VFDs, sensors, control circuits, and equipment ranging from 24VDC to 480VAC. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to safely troubleshoot electrical control cabinets.
