Maintenance Technician

THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment critical to safe and efficient production, including conveyors, hammer mills, dryers, pellet presses, and material handling systems. The right candidate will bring strong mechanical and electrical expertise, adaptability, and a commitment to keeping our operation running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Perform welding, fabrication, and basic machining as needed Support production by minimizing downtime through quick and effective repairs Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards Document maintenance work and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred 5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, including PLCs (a plus but not required) Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in welding, fabrication, and machine repair Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
