OakScape Property Services, a local landscaping company in Birmingham, is hiring a reliable, self-motivated person to distribute marketing door hangers throughout residential neighborhoods. What you'll do: Pick up door hanger stacks from our shop Distribute door hangers door-to-door (front door/handle only — no mailboxes) Cover assigned neighborhoods thoroughly and efficiently, house by house Track your route using Strava for verification Represent OakScape professionally if you talk to residents — friendly, brief, no pressure What we're looking for: Reliable and self-directed — you'll often be working solo Comfortable walking/biking neighborhoods for extended periods (company scooter available; helmet required if used) Smartphone with GPS capability Friendly, presentable, good with people Detail-oriented — accurate reporting of hangers distributed and areas covered

Pay:

Paid per door hanger distributed and verified via GPS tracking. The more ground you cover, the more you earn — no cap on earning potential for motivated workers.
