Experienced Handyman Contractor & Helper Needed Now

Cotton Home Services is hiring immediately for qualified 1099 contractors and skilled helpers for flexible, as-needed handyman and home repair work in Northwest Arkansas. We are looking for dependable, experienced, and motivated individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, clear communication, and serving customers with integrity. We are currently hiring for two roles: 1. Experienced Handyman / Home Repair Contractor This role is for individuals with hands-on experience completing residential maintenance, property management repairs, turnover work, small installs, punch-list items, and general home repair tasks. Applicants should be able to work independently, complete jobs professionally, communicate clearly, have general liability insurance and represent Cotton Home Services well on the job site. 2. Skilled Helper / Handyman Assistant This role is for individuals who have basic repair skills, are dependable, teachable, and able to assist with home repair projects, material handling, cleanup, basic tools, and job-site support. This is a good fit for someone who wants to grow their skills while working under leadership that provides guidance, oversight, and mentorship.

Common work may include:

Drywall patching and minor repairs Painting and touch-up work Trim, doors, hardware, and minor carpentry Fence and deck repairs Caulking and sealing Fixture replacement Property turnover and punch-list repairs General handyman and home maintenance tasks Job-site prep, cleanup, material handling, and customer service support What we are looking for: Available now for as-needed work Dependable, professional, and honest Good communication skills Ability to show up on time and complete quality work Basic tools and reliable transportation preferred Experience in handyman work, maintenance, construction, repair, or related trades preferred Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and represent the company well General liability insurance will be required for independent handyman projects as assigned however not required for skilled helpers Why work with Cotton Home Services?
