As a Service Technician, you'll report to the Community Manager and handle daily maintenance duties including: Responding promptly to service requests Performing preventive maintenance tasks Overseeing pool care , landscaping , and grounds upkeep Preparing apartments for new move-ins (turnkey/make-ready work) Maintaining tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized manner Delivering exceptional service to residents with a positive, professional attitude
What We're Looking For:
HVAC or EPA certification (preferred) Pool maintenance experience (preferred) At least 1 year of multi-family property maintenance experience General knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry , and appliance repairs Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service Ability to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs Must be able to bend, stoop, twist , and work in confined spaces Comfortable with climbing stairs and reaching overhead for extended periods Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ready to join a team that values your skills and dedication? and become part of the Valley Estates of Clarksville community - where your work makes a lasting impact!
