team might be the right opportunity for you! We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift operations at
MARSHALLTOWN
located at our Fayetteville, AR location. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties, including installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production, and facility equipment needs are determined by predictive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement measures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Installation and maintenance of production machines and equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, parameter lists, fault code listings, and troubleshooting guides. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities. Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. Detect faulty operations or defective material. All other duties as assigned.

Shows initiative in gaining and maintaining the skills, abilities, and knowledge required to perform this position in at least a fully qualified and satisfactory manner.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent, required. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience emphasizing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills required. Completion of Craft Apprenticeship, preferred. PLC, Robotics, or other automation experience is strongly preferred. Continuing education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance programs, is preferred.
