Harrison, AR Job Type:
Part-Time (20 hours/week) Northwest Regional Housing Authority is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Green Forest/Harrison, AR area. We take pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and fully functional environment. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview:
As our Part-Time Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing a full make ready of vacant apartments including cleaning and painting, perform routine building upkeep, troubleshoot equipment, and complete preventative maintenance tasks as well as complete residential work orders to ensure our facilities run smoothly.
Pay:
$14.00 per hour
