Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, Conducting regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
  • Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Basic maintenance knowledge is required
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in
