Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, Conducting regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
- Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Basic maintenance knowledge is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in
