  • Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn. While knowledge of restaurant equipment is desired, we are open to training the right individual.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment, including but not limited to ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and HVAC systems.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and supply inventory. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, implementing effective solutions. Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities. Adhere to strict safety protocols and policies to ensure a safe work environment. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to maintenance.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and preventative maintenance techniques. Familiarity with restaurant equipment and fixtures is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
