In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to keep our environment safe, efficient, and comfortable. Your expertise will help prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of essential equipment, contributing directly to our operational excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair appliance issues, including HVAC & appliance technology components, refrigeration systems, and mechanical systems. Install new appliances and mechanical equipment following schematics and technical specifications accurately. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes swiftly. Conduct HVAC system repairs such as air conditioning maintenance, air flow adjustments, and refrigerant recharges to maintain climate control standards. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system updates in compliance with operational procedures. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls or equipment deliveries while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems. Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely; construction experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety adherence in fast-paced environments.
