Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
  • Fabricate or repair parts as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
  • ON-CALL Experience:
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Qualifications Strong HVAC system repair and electrical troubleshooting abilities Proficient with hand tools, electrical equipment repair, and MRO maintenance practices Experience in facilities maintenance, carpentry, painting, and general mechanical upkeep Customer service orientation with ability to communicate clearly with tenants and coworkers Basic welding or PLC knowledge is a plus; comfortable performing minor fabrication and on-demand maintenance Prior residential maintenance or supervisory/leadership experience is advantageous
