Industrial Maintenance Technician (PLC Focus)
Location:
Mountain Home, AR We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Arkansas. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications:
Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is required Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
