Job Overview Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our innovative manufacturing facility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure seamless production operations. Your expertise will help optimize machinery performance, reduce downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. Duties Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage components. Conduct repairs using welding techniques specific to Efofex welding standards, as well as mechanical repairs with precision measuring instruments. Operate field service tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to analyze electrical circuits and identify faults efficiently. Use a scissor lift or other industrial equipment safely for elevated maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility or similar environment. 3 years of experience required Strong electrical experience with knowledge of low voltage, high voltage systems, including Digital & Analog signals. Experience working with industrial mechanics including hydraulics, pneumatics, and low-voltage electrical systems. Knowledge of safety procedures related to high voltage work and lockout/tagout practices. Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues quickly and accurately. Military background or experience is considered a plus due to discipline and technical training background. $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
