Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced maintenance person to perform general maintenance. This is not a Learn as you go type position! This will include Painting, Small plumbing issues, (sink lines, valves, washers, Sheetrock repair, Door repair, replace, all duties necessary to successfully return property back to a rent ready shape! Multiple apartment locations.

EXPERIENCED
