What To Expect As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs office, you will be a Maintenance Technician. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, testing, and maintaining complex heavy industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities (To Name A Few) Perform preventive maintenance, repair industrial equipment, address safety concerns, and ensure the overall upkeep of the facility.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Utilize diagnostic tools and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Repair or replace defective equipment components to minimize downtime.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and PLC systems.
Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, and welding equipment to fabricate or repair components.
Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems for machine optimization.
Install new equipment and work proficiently with high-pressure steam, air, water, and gas lines.
Execute the installation of electrical and electronic controls, components, piping, and tubing with precision.
Accurately track time and materials, maintain detailed records of completed work, and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations. About You High School Diploma or GED required

- technical degree in Maintenance background preferred; or 5 years of relevant experience Previous experience, with a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
