Medical benefits begin the 1st of the month after 30 days Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Equal Opportunity Employer What You'll Do Handle daily maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds. Complete all service requests within one business day (when possible). Perform make-ready duties in vacant apartments, coordinating with vendors for flooring, cleaning, and repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked maintenance shop. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour emergency maintenance. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents and fellow team members. What We're Looking For HVAC or EPA certification preferred Pool maintenance experience a plus 3+ years of maintenance experience (preferably in multifamily housing) Knowledge of and hands-on skills in: HVAC troubleshooting & repairs Electrical & mechanical systems Plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems Ability to work in an on-call rotation and handle emergency maintenance needs Physical Requirements Lift objects up to 75 lbs Bend, stoop, twist, and reach into small or overhead spaces as needed Stand and walk for extended periods across property grounds Ready to Apply?
