Are you the person everyone calls when something needs to be fixed? If you know how to troubleshoot, repair, replace, and get the job done right, we want to meet you. Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Palm Terrace in Chandler, Arizona. We are looking for a true hands-on maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle a wide variety of repairs. This is not an entry-level maintenance position. The ideal candidate can assess a problem, determine what needs to be done, and complete the repair efficiently and professionally. What You'll Be Responsible For Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Complete resident work orders accurately and timely Perform plumbing and basic electrical repairs Troubleshoot and repair appliances Perform pool maintenance and help maintain proper pool conditions Repair and replace cabinets, countertops, hardware, and fixtures Repair and replace flooring Complete drywall repairs, painting, patching, and touch-ups Perform carpentry and general handyman repairs Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections Maintain property equipment, tools, and maintenance areas Help maintain the overall appearance and condition of the community Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies as required
Requirements:

Previous apartment, multifamily, residential, or similar maintenance experience Strong HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience required HVAC certification preferred Pool maintenance experience Plumbing and basic electrical experience Appliance repair experience Cabinet repair and replacement experience Flooring repair and replacement experience Drywall, painting, carpentry, and general handyman skills Ability to repair and troubleshoot a wide variety of maintenance issues Strong problem-solving skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional customer service when working with residents Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation What We Offer At Celtic Property Management, we believe great employees should be rewarded for the work they do.
