Preventative Maintenance Technician Price Industries Casa Grande, AZ 85122 Posted about 9 hours New Price Industries is seeking a dependable and skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience performing preventative maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Follow EAM checklists and tasks related to Preventative Maintenance work. Examples include, but not limited to:  Filter changes.  Lubrication changes  Topping up lubrication  Cleaning machinery
  • Inspect machinery to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in paintline work-inspections, preventative maintenance, etc.
  • Inspections and documentation
  • Minor repairs
  • Providing support for repairs as requested
  • Tip changes on welders
  • Back-up in waste water Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical certification or related maintenance training preferred
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and procedures
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Skills
  • Welding and fabrication experience
