: Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency by performing preventive maintenance, quickly resolving equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and production equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Diagnose equipment issues using tools such as meters, gauges, and diagnostic systems.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs and maintain workflow.

Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

2 years of industrial maintenance or related experience.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
