We seek people with integrity, a strong work ethic, and are customer service driven to perform routine maintenance. No experience is required. Must have a degree of mechanical aptitude and be willing to gain knowledge in swimming pool operation systems. Candidate should be self-motivating with the ability to work efficiently with little oversight; possess a willingness to communicate and share knowledge and insight with customers in a tactful, respectful manner while presenting a professional image. You must be dedicated to meeting deadlines, possess strong customer service skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills.

Our Key Success Factors:

As a cleaning technician your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Promoting Company values and customer care Treat every pool like its your own and leave it sparkling Gain a working knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment functionality and be able to explain it to the client Bring any issues to management and the client Manage Customer issues and complaints Brushing, vacuuming, and light repairs of pool equipment Have a great attitude!

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Able to lift up to 50 lb Ability to work outdoors Employment subject to a background check Benefits - A late model vehicle is provided as well as all tools needed to complete your work efficiently.
