Maintenance Technician - MHE, Automation, Facilities

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support material handling equipment ( MHE ), automation systems, and building maintenance in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Location:

Litchfield Park, AZ Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 1st shift (7AM to 3:30PM)

Pay:

Up to $31/hour DOE What You'll Do + Maintain and repair MHE , automation, robotics, and facility systems + Use a CMMS /work order system + Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and building systems + Operate powered industrial trucks ( PIT ) including forklifts + Perform preventive maintenance and inspections + Track parts, tools, and inventory + Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives + Work a flexible schedule (24/7 operation, including holidays) Systems You'll Support + Material handling & robotics systems + Electrical controls & lighting + Plumbing, welding, carpentry + Racking, guardrails & pneumatic systems + Batteries and charging systems Requirements + 5+ years maintenance experience ( MHE and/or facilities) OR combination of experience and trade school/college (2:1 ratio) + High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) + Ability to operate PIT / obtain certification + Must pass WSI certification + Comfortable working in a 24/7 operation Physical Requirements + Lift up to 75 lbs + Work at heights and in tight or awkward positions + Operate hand tools and powered equipment + Tolerate heat, cold, noise, dust, and moving equipment Apply Now! Pay Details:
