What You'll Do Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel, including plumbing, lighting, appliances, and HVAC systems Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly Work on painting, carpentry, and small renovation projects, gaining hands-on experience in multiple trades Monitor and maintain building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to ensure a safe, reliable environment Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials Deliver excellent service to staff and guests by resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally Qualifications Strong competency with maintenance tools/equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and customer service focus The Global Ambassador is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
