Job Description

Window Replacement Lead Installation and Measure Technician True View Windows & Glass is looking for a Window Replacement Installation and Measure Lead Technician for our fast paced and rapidly growing Window Replacement department. Field management experience is preferred, preferably in the window/glass industry. Ideal candidate is a self-motivated, experienced window and door technician with supervisory experience who works well in a team setting but requires little direction. Must be able to supervise/coach other members of the installation team and manage projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of various window types a must. The technician will work closely with sales, installation teams, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and timely installation of products.
Pay DOE Duties Include:
Regularly visit homeowner sites, communicating with customers to address any questions or concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience. Take precise and accurate measurements of windows, doors and related components at customer locations following company standards and customer specs. Assess condition of existing windows and doors to determine installation and modification requirements Oversee projects from start to finish Coordinate with Sales Staff, Support Staff and Field Staff Oversee Job Paperwork and maintain accurate records of project details Manage Department Reports Perform inspections to ensure accuracy Participate in quality control checks Must follow all compliance, safety and PPE requirements and guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience installing windows and doors in a residential environment Strong knowledge of window and door industry standards, materials and measurements Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus Understanding of installation processes based on product to be installed Ability to work from elevated positions on ladders or scaffolding, stand for extended periods of time, and lift/carry heavy items Ability to accurately measure and identify window and glass products Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques Lead certification a plus Basic computer skills Must pass drug/Background check Strong Communication, time management and conflict resolution skills Ability to supervise, train and mentor a team of technicians Valid Driver's license and clean driving record As a team member of Arizona's leading Window and Glass Company you will receive: Competitive Pay Company vehicle with fuel card Medical, dental, vision and life insurance 401k with employer match Available Advancement Opportunities Paid holidays, vacation and sick time
