About the Role We are a well established commercial pool service company looking for a Field Supervisor to take control of field operations, enforce standards, and ensure our pools are maintained at the highest level. This is not a standard technician role.

You will be responsible for:

Holding technicians accountable Verifying quality of work in the field Identifying issues before clients do Ensuring all service meets company SOP standards And to fill in service gaps when necessary If you are someone who: Notices what others miss Holds people accountable without hesitation Takes pride in doing things the right way …this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Field Oversight Perform daily spot checks on technician routes (2-5 pools per day)

Verify:

Water chemistry accuracy Cleanliness and completeness of service Equipment condition and missed issues Quality Control & Accountability Audit technician work using company scorecards Enforce SOP compliance (PoolTrack documentation, photos, notes) Identify underperforming technicians and report directly to ownership Problem Solving Diagnose and resolve problem pools Assist with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs Ensure issues are properly documented and communicated Reporting Provide daily and weekly reports on: Field performance Missed items Repair opportunities Customer risks

Requirements Must Have:

3+ years commercial pool service experience Strong understanding of: Water chemistry Equipment systems (pumps, filters, heaters, automation) Ability to identify problems quickly and accurately Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

Experience leading or training technicians Familiarity with PoolTrack or similar software Ability to handle difficult conversations with technicians
