Luxury Apartment Maintenance Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Luxury Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational excellence and aesthetic appeal of our luxury residential community. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC systems, and structural components efficiently and safely. Supervise or assist with subcontractors or vendors during specialized repairs or installations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally. Support the overall facilities management operations to enhance the property's value and resident satisfaction. Skills Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance within residential environments. Proven ability to supervise or lead maintenance teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and resident interaction. Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Customer service orientation with the ability to handle resident inquiries professionally. Basic electrical experience combined with troubleshooting skills to resolve diverse maintenance issues efficiently.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
